About Me

Hello! My name is Soohyun Lim, and I'm excited to introduce myself as a dedicated and skilled software engineer. With extensive experience in building complex web applications, I specialize in utilizing JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to create robust and feature-rich solutions.

My journey in software engineering began with the Advanced Software Engineering Immersive program at Hack Reactor, a prestigious institution in New York City. During this intensive program, I devoted 80 to 100 hours per week to mastering cutting-edge technologies and collaborating on diverse team projects, significantly enhancing my technical skills and teamwork abilities.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a passion for continuous learning and hands-on projects. I enjoy building custom mechanical keyboards and modifying cars at an auto-tuning shop. Currently, I'm challenging myself by learning guitar and deepening my knowledge of Ruby, my first programming language.

I am eager to connect and discuss how my background and skills can contribute to your team!
